Did you know we have a fantastic factory deli-shop right here in Sturminster? It's crammed with all manner of ace local foods, cheeses, pasta (as well as our olives of course).

Mon to Thu 9 - 5.30, Fri 9 - 6.30 and Sat 9 - 5.30.
Please do come and see us whenever you're passing Dorset way - you'll find us on the A357 between Lydlinch and Sturminster Newton.
Now, this is a fairly new section on the site so please don't expect to find too much here just yet. Fact is we're so happy to have it up and running we simply haven't decided what to write here yet.
However, please do have a look see here every now and again as we'll be putting loads of pics, recipes and stuff about what we do here soon to keep you going have a go at this deli tart recipe...
FAMOUS DELI TART RECIPE
These are a real shop favourite... you can have a go yourself or when you're too busy pop in and buy one of ours!
You will need: Puff pastry, Putney sauce, Tomorosso, Keens Cheddar and our Moroccan Blue Dukkah.
Roll pastry into a sheet about 2mm thick, and then cut into 100mm squares. Place on a baking tray and egg wash edges. Smear with Putney. Plonk some Tomorrosso on top, scatter with grated Keens Cheddar (how cheesy are you feeling?) Sprinkle some Moroccan Blue Dukkah on top to finish. Bake at 180c for 25-30 mins. Serve warm or cool and save for your lunch box tomorrow!
