All our olives are all natural with no added nasty bits, not sterilised and not pasteurised. Most have a recommended display time of up to 5 weeks but please see the detailed instructions on each pack. Once opened the loose olives should be regularly turned (ideally hourly) so they are kept glossy with the olive oil. This gives them a fine coating of oil and prevents them drying out and looking tired.

3KG DISPLAY JARS
These are simply perfect for loose sales of our Olives, Nuts and Snacks. Great for bothe delis and bars and we're so nice, we'll even provide labels (if you ask). Amazingly jars come empty. Sorry, we're not quite that generous!
