Good all round Balsamic Vinegar - good flavour and good for everyday use. Can be reduced tomake it thicker and give a more concentrated flavour.

Classic balsamic in a carefully designed cube bottle, presented in an elegant box. Dark brown and syrupy with well balanced sweet, sour sherry tones.

Really syrupy, thick and rich - if only all balsamic vinegars were like this. Excellent special occasion vinegar that delivers a punch far above it's weight. Use sparingly - a little of this goes a very long way.
