REGANAS
Two varieties of these more-ish Spanish crackers. You can choose from Sesame Reganas, peppered with sesame seeds and Rosemary & Sea Salt Reganas; decisions, decisions.
MOROCCAN BLUE DUKKAH
A middle eastern mix of roasted nuts, seeds and spices. An explosion of taste with coriander, cumin and spice tones. Freshly roasted and ground by us. Great for dunking and coating and now the proud owner of a Great Taste Award Gold star to boot! Contains hazelnuts, almonds, sesame seeds and may contain traces of peanuts.
PRESERVED LEMONS
Lovely little baby lemons all the way from sunny Morocco. A staple for African cookery.
PICKLED GARLIC
We've got two of these fantastic blanched garlic cloves - one herby and one that's nice and hot with chilli. These are perfect for the deli counter and for antipasti platters.
DOLMADES
Vine leaves stuffed with herbed rice. These are a fantastic deli counter product and so tasty too!
ROASTED RED PEPPERS
These are fantastic Roasted Red Peppers, we think they're so great we use them in our sauces too.
CHILLI & GINGER
Fantastic for dipping and marinading barbecue stuff. Great with any oriental style duck, pork, seafood and also useful for livening up a dull Monday's salad. Contains mustard.
ARTICHOKES
Chargrilled artichoke hearts in oil. These retain the crispness and flavour that is so elusive in others we have tried. Good for salads or general eating.
CAPER BERRIES
Real authentic Caper Berries full of flavour. Great for an antipasti plate and you get the stalk thrown in too!

ANCHOVY FILLETS
If you love anchovies (people will talk, you know) these are the proper Spanish chaps – still filleted and in oil but much bigger and juicier than the weedy things we normally get here.
TOMOROSSO SICILIANO
Still fantastic and a huge favourite for lunch! From a small cooperative in the hills of Sicily these are Sicilian Cherry Tomatoes preserved in sunflower oil. These are by far the best we've ever tasted.
BIGGAROSSO
Succulent Sicilian Tomatoes in Sunflower Oil. A really tasty bigger brother to our Tomorosso.
