MY PINK MOJO
Adds a magical touch to marinades and perfect for drizzling on most things (ooops, mind the cat). Inspired by a Caribbean sauce discovered by Giles in the Cayman Islands and re-created here in Dorset.
CHILLI & MINT
This is a damn fine Chilli and Mint top dressing made from Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lemon Juice infused with Chilli and Mint. Use as a dip or simply with cold meats: Great with fish and salads or added to pasta.
FRENCH & HERB
French and Herb top dressing made from Extra Virgin Olive Oil and White Wine Vinegar infused with Garlic and Herbes de Provence. Ideal with any salad: - be imaginative!
SHALLOT & ORANGE
Shallot & Orange top dressing made from Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Orange Juice and Wine Vinegar infused with Orange Zest and Shallot. Fab as a marinade for pork, prawns or duck.
RASPBERRY & MINT
This fantastic marinade and dressing is made using Dorset's rapeseed oil. It's just perfect with Duck or over easy salads.
HORSERADISH & QUINCE
This original dressing and marinade is made using Dorset's rapeseed oil. Perfect with oily fish or beef or on peppery salad leaves.
APPLE & SAGE
Apple and Sage dressing and marinade is made using Dorset's rapeseed oil. Great with pork, chicken or any game old birds or even with sausages.
