Selling Points

  • Shelf life - Our 2.5kg and 5kg trays are made freshly to order so have a 6 week shelf life. Jars are also freshly made but have a 12 month shelf life until opened.
  • Storage - Olives should be stored un-opened, film side down and at ambient temperature (8 - 18°C). Once opened, and for best balance of sales against shelf life, display the olives at ambient during the day and chilled (4 - 8°C) at night. Give them a stir regularly to keep them nice and fresh.
