This really is an authentic Australian recipe! Kalamata Olives cured in a sweet but tangy mix of Vinegar, Oil and Brine. These aussies are very juicy and succulent with a nudge of chilli.
Selling Points
- Shelf life - Serve over trays are made freshly to order so have a 6 week shelf life. Jars are also freshly made but have a 12 month shelf life until opened.
- Storage - Olives should be stored un-opened, film side down and at ambient temperature (8 - 18oC). Once opened, and for best balance of sales against shelf life, display the olives at ambient during the day and chilled (4 - 8oC) at night. Give them a stir regularly to keep them nice and fresh.
