Olives
All our olives are all natural with no added nasty bits, not sterilised and not pasteurised. Most have a recommended display time of up to 5 weeks but please see the detailed instructions on each pack. Once opened the loose olives should be regularly turned (ideally hourly) so they are kept glossy with the olive oil. This gives them a fine coating of oil and prevents them drying out and looking tired.

Kiln Roasted Nuts
Totally unique and utterly innovative our nuts are all freshly roasted and spiced with our own blend of globally inspired flavours. Nothing artificial, no junk, no filler, no nothing except fresh nuts, seeds and spices... and full on flavour!

We've always wanted to make our own proper, fresh dressings without any gunk and here they all are.
Sauces
Fantastic selection of some of our best ever sauces - Romesco is back, with a GOLD award to boot, Sticky O is as excellent as ever and have a go with CHILLIMOLE sauce - ace with white meat or straight off a spoon (my sisters favourite)
Antipasti & Larder
Our range of antipasti products are all fantastic accompaniments to just about anything! Promise. They look amazing in deli counters or great for foodie places on plates as starters, appetisers or just a little extra special ingredient for mr chef.
Olive Wood
All these pieces are made from Tunisian Olive Wood. The grain is absolutely gorgeous and the pictures here can't really do them justice. All products have been protected with a natural wax and should be washed before use. Every piece is different and they all still bear some of the marks of their working - this just adds to the charm.
